Trip details

Start & End Date: Wednesday, 12 August – Monday, 17 August 2026.
Meeting Location & Time: Meet directly at the accommodation in Engelberg anytime until latest 7 PM on Wednesday.
Finishing Location & Time: Engelberg Train Station at approximately 9 AM on Monday.
Hiking Difficulty: Intermediate – Hiking at a relaxed pace on well-marked alpine paths with moderate elevation and good fitness required.

What is the plan?

Day 0 – Arrival & Swiss Welcome: Meet your guide and fellow travelers at accommodation in Engelberg. After check-in, we settle in, explore the charming village, and enjoy a relaxed welcome dinner together.

Day 1 – Brunni & Panoramic Alpine Trails: We explore the beautiful Brunni region with panoramic hiking trails, flower-filled meadows, and peaceful mountain landscapes overlooking Engelberg Valley.

Day 2 – Four Lakes Hike Adventure: We hike through breathtaking alpine scenery past crystal-clear mountain lakes, dramatic ridges, waterfalls, and panoramic viewpoints.

Day 3 – Furenalp & “End of the World” Trail: The trail winds through high alpine meadows, waterfalls, mountain streams, and dramatic cliffs beneath towering peaks. Along the way, we visit a traditional alpine farm.

Day 4 – Lakes, Relaxation & Swiss Summer Vibes: We visit beautiful lakes near the Lake Lucerne region where participants can swim, relax, explore lakeside villages, or optionally try SUP activities depending on weather and group preference.
